its been awhile but hey, that hellish highway we call rock n roll is a long one. if you can believe it AC/DC is coming back, with a new album! and if that wasnt enough for you little lovers, a new tour is also in the works! so, have drink, give the dog a bone and get ready to shake a leg cuz theres gonna be some rockin' tonight...well not tonight but, in the near future for sure!



theres this spanish website called RafaBasa that talks about a 'possible' return of AC/DC [as nothing has 'officially' been released yet] but there is credible talk about the band recording new material and gearing up for a very small european showcase tour at the end of January.
whats a showcase tour?
think a small venue that holds at most a packed house of about 500 or so people [hey thats small compared to the arenas the band used to play to!] i dont know what your thinking but i think this is going to be bad-ass! who wants to go to europe?!

i do know that the band is working with Mutt Lange* and are in the final mixing stage with the new album and that the only thing that has been holding the guys back from doing any touring or one off shows previously is an injury Angus has with his knee, but apparently hes getting better, so you can expect more of this...

the european showcase tour will be kept alittle hush-hush about venue location for now. so it should be awesome to score tickets as this tour will serve as a 'warm-up' for the band as they debut the new albums single and, if thats not enough to shake you all night long the band is planning on celebrating Malcoms 55th birthday, which was january 6th all tour long, so each show should be a real live wire.
