in celebration of its 50th issue, the pop-culture mag Giant Robot has an exhibit on display at the J.A.N.M here in lovely Los Angeles. I went with Marc to check it out and its very cool indeed. Its going on from Nov. 3rd-Jan. 13th and you should definetly check it out, plus its right next to the Murakami exhibit at MOCA so check that one out as well...we did, its way fun...



...i think hes trying to eat vienna sausages, but i could be wrong...


...these little scluptures were cute...



...there is this badass wall mural with ninja stars in it, yes. real ninja stars can you believe it!...



...we decided to go look at the Common Ground exhibit too. i wasnt supposed to take pictures in there but i did anyway, so just keep it in the blogosphere got it. this exhibit was really eye opening. this picture i took of a part of a display of the Japanese incareration pretty much sums up the whole experience and then some, lots of underlaying tones and moods...
