One-Spark Lester finally made it out to La Cita for the last party posse thrusday before the holidays
twas a grand time had by all...not to mention it was a long night.
Hit up the Knitting Factory just in time to catch the Bad Guise set.
Their new drummer's got the beat...hes got the beat, hes got the beat, hes got the beat....yeah! hes got it!
Even members of their fan club showed up!
it was sort of a last minute show, so much so that someone got word of it and completely forgot their dog in the car in the parking lot...
it was pretty crowded traffic wise for a thursday night so i took a short cut past the Magic Castle
and made it just in time for the party, after the show its the after party...
the dance floor was hella fun! Chuck from Cool Kids spun an early set. it was ill. Then, Pube$ kept the seat warm until Royal Rumble killed it. literally. the sound guy cut 'em off alittle early but the crowd begged for more and then they got it hard core.
Rony's Photo Booth was also there, and of course the posse posed...
Like i typed earlier, it was a rad party all the way around which, accounted for a long night and good times had by all...
even uncle bernies asain nephew showed up...
i love downtown. people hate on it all the time, but i like it
i also like the way the 3rd street tunnel looks...
that picture dosen't really do it justice but i think its a great architectual piece that belongs to the great art that makes L.A. the way it is.
